Introduction

As Customer Success Manager you will be interfacing with our customer base and driving continuous activation, adoption, and expansion. As the first person at Legal OS focusing solely on our customer base, you will develop & implement best practices together with the executive team. You gather insights through data analysis, conversations, workshops, and other means that will directly impact our company, go-to-market, and product strategy.

Your mission

Recurring revenue is the result of recurring impact. Hence, your mission is to ensure every customer maximizes the impact & value they receive of Legal OS.

You will build a deep understanding of how our customers work and identify gaps to expand usage of Legal OS.

You will develop customer relationships and campaigns (together with Marketing) that promote retention and loyalty.

About you
  • Experience in a pro-active customer-facing role. Preferably Customer Success at a B2B software company.
  • You have a track record of driving growth (e.g. usage, adoption, revenue) and the stories & data to support it.
  • You effectively prioritize your work and schedule and ultimately your customers.
  • You have experience in interacting with customers through various formats (e.g. meetings, QBRs, workshops).
  • You experiment, iterate and repeat to find out what works and then double down on it.
  • You communicate effectively and convincingly in English and German.
  • You bring experience in working with CRMs and Customer Success software (a plus).
