About the role

Customer Success at TWAICE aspires to help our customers to accelerate their transition to E-Mobility & green energy, leveraging the power of the TWAICE Predictive Analytics Platform. To this end, TWAICE invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that is ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our customers. The Customer Success team is committed to empowering customers, gaining maximum value from our products, and ensuring contract renewals and growth. This exciting role requires both business and technical acumen as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will be an early member of a small and growing team, with the opportunity to act as trusted advisor to our customers by proactively supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle. You will gain a deep understanding of our solutions to help our customers be successful and achieve their goal of a battery-powered future. 

Your daily business will involve
  • Lead engagements with our customers, manage complex implementations, serve as central point of communication around overall project status, progress towards milestones and potential issues and risks
  • Synthesize & communicate key customer feedback internally to help shape our product roadmap
  • Track account health & churn risks, identify growth opportunities and work proactively to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Manage ongoing relationships with each of our customers to coordinate the use of their respective solution with view to the customer-defined business goals and desired outcomes
  • Work closely with our Sales team to drive expansions and new opportunities 
  • Collaborate with the whole Customer Success team to develop industry leading processes and best practices for delivering success to clients
  • Up to 20% travel for customer meetings, conferences or trade shows
Your profile
  • Experienced professional with 4+ years relevant industry expertise, battery know-how is highly desirable
  • Analytically minded, innately curious and with a proven ability to execute in a customer-focused environment and nurture and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers
  • Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering or Science
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth; strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models 
  • Thoughtful communicator with clear and concise verbal and written skills in German and English
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time and drive them to successful completion
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented, with a passion for exceptional user experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
