We are a fast-growing London-based FinTech startup.

Our product simplifies the painful business expenses process with a unique software platform and smart company payment card.  We save companies time, hassle and money, which provides them with a new level of expense automation and efficient control over budgets and employee spending.

We are working in a huge sector mainly dominated by big businesses using outdated approaches. It is in massive need of change and we aim to revolutionise the space.

What will you do as an Account Manager? 

  • Manage ongoing relationships with customers throughout all areas of the sales cycle.

  • Supporting new customers through sign up and onboarding.

  • Working closely with our compliance team to make sure customers are ushered through the compliance process.

  • Educating customers about Expend’s features and how they can harness our technology to automate their expenses.

  • Using CRM software to track and manage customer accounts.

  • Answering customer queries and providing high level technical support via live chat.

  • Remarketing to existing customers and identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

  • Communicate customer feedback to the Sales and Customer Service teams.

What will you need to succeed as an Account Manager?

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Personable, passionate, fun and have a sense of entrepreneurial flair.

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and face-to-face with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to build rapport with potential new clients as well as strong relationships internally.

What would give you a head start as an Account Manager?

  • Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot or Salesforce.

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in English..

  • Desire to succeed and develop your skills.
